Scope of Services
This commercial painting project included:
- Power Washing & Cleaning: Used a specialty chemical mix to remove mildew, chalking, and stains from the building’s exterior.
- Repairs & Surface Prep: Filled and repaired cracks, divots, craters, and holes in the stucco and mortar using a custom mortar and caulk mix.
- Painting Process:
- Applied two coats of elastomeric paint and primer for a durable, flexible finish.
- Updated the body and trim colors, including bright red borders for a striking look.
